Change Of Ownership

REQUIREMENTS

• A signed application letter for transfer of ownership from the owner (vendor)

• The vehicle to be transferred

• Two (2) recent coloured passport size picture of the former owner ( vendor)

• Two (2) recent coloured passport size pictures of the new owner ( buyer)

• ID card of both vendor and buyer

PROCEDURE

• Present the transfer letter.

• Present vehicle for inspection

• Both the vendor and the buyer must be present

• Payment of the prescribed fee if approved

• Acquire, complete and sign forms ( C &VRC) , affix pictures and present for processing

• Obtain roadworthiness certificate irrespective of the status of the present roadworthiness validity
