Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority envisions to become a World-class organization with acceptable standards for driver and vehicle licensing.

The overall goal is to get certified drivers and vehicles on the road as simply and efficiently as possible, ensuring road security and safety.

The continuous incorporation of People, Process, Technology’ principles that augment the foundational digitalization Framework that is propelling the Authority to march towards service excellence. The cardinal approach is to continually improve our processes applied within a globally standardized Quality management system.

Management is committed to work within applicable statutory, regulatory requirements established to ensure excellent delivery of our services.

The laser focus to accomplish Optimal Quality in our objectives are:

  1. Implement and maintain quality management system with the test revisions of ISO 9001 standard.
  2. Continually monitor our needs and expectations of our stake holders particularly our customers through, analysis, planning, and process improvement.
  3. Monitor and evaluate risks and opportunities, associated with the context of our organization and act proactively.
  4. Review and plan new levels of performance at various functions and levels.
  5. Constantly upgrade skills of our employees.
  6. Ensure our quality policy is communicated, understood and applied within the organization and made available to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
