SALE OF 2016 DV TRADE LICENCE PLATE

REQUIREMENTS:

REGISTERED ENTITY:

1.Business Registration Form ‘A’ (original & copy);

2.Business Registration Certificate (original & copy);

3.Income Tax Clearance Certificate (original & copy);

4.Renewal of Business Registration (original & copy);

5.One (1) coloured passport size picture of applicant;

6.Valid Identification of applicant/Agent (driving licence, voter ID, passport, NHIS, National Identification Card); and

7.An application Form from DVLA.

PROCEDURE:

1.Applicant submits application with the above-stated requirements (except ‘7’).

2.Verification of documents and identification of business location.

3.Payment of prescribed fees.

4.Issuance and collection of Trade Licence Plate, Log-book and Sticker.
